The New Jersey Advocacy Network to End Homelessness and the Housing and Community Development Network of NJ will be traveling to Washington DC twice this year. In addition to the Third Annual Congressional Reception on Tuesday July 28, 2009, we are asking for a few advocates from around the state to join us on Wednesday April 22, 2009, for Lobby Day 2009.
This is the annual Lobby Day at the end of the National Low Income Housing Coalition (NLIHC) national conference. For more information on the conference click here.
Lobby Day will be held between noon and 5 PM. If you can join us please use this sign up form. This will involve groups of four making visits to members of Congress to discuss the key issues of ending homelessness, affordable and supportive housing.
