Since 1991 Mr. Brown has been the Chief Executive Officer of Monarch Housing Associates, the 1995 Governor’s Excellence in Housing Award winner in the organization category.     i feel very blessed to be part of this event! this is a problem that is dear to my heart! i was once a part of the homeless community. i am currently working w/the homeless on a volunteer basis. they are part of my ministry. now i have a chance to help on a state/national level. i personally deal w/homelessness in my family.GOD bless all!
