Trust Fund Vote and Lobby Day
The Senate Budget and Appropriations Commitee vote on the Homeless Trust Fund bill (S2354), which is a policy priority of the New Jersey Advocacy Network to End Homelessness, will be held at 10 AM on Thursday May 14, 2009. This bill is one of the items that will be used in the State Legislative Report Card. This is an opportunity to stand together in our campaign to end homelessness.

Our friends at the Housing and Community Development Network will be holding Lobby Day 2009 on May 14, 2009. We strongly encourage our members to not only attend the hearing but to also participate in this important event. Not only will your participation help insure passage of S2354, but it will allow you to educate your representatives about the need for housing choices, rental and home assistance, foreclosure prevention and school construction reform.
