All of the FMR’s go up
On August 4, 2009, HUD published the Proposed Fair Market Rents for the Housing Choice Voucher Program and Moderate Rehabilitation Single Room Occupancy Program Fiscal Year 2010 in the Federal Register.The purpose of the notice is provide the preliminary information so that the proposed payment standards can be reviewed prior to taking effect on October 1, 2009.
The deadline for comments is September 2, 2009.

Most increases were 5% or less although a few – Bergen, Burlington, Camden, Passaic,Gloucester and Salem – were higher.
