17 projects with 646 units receive funding
The Federal Home Loan Bank of New York (FHLBNY) released the list of awards for the 2009A round of the Affordable Housing Program on August 5 ,2009.
A total of $16,010,274 was awarded for 1,514 affordable housing units. Of these 646 of the affordable housing units were in New Jersey. The total award for the New Jersey projects was $6,568,499.

The application form for the 2009B round is available on the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York (“FHLBNY”) website. The submission deadline is earlier than usual. The deadline will be September 18, 2009 at 5:00 PM.
