HUD Releases Final FY10 FMR

New rates are for FY 2010
All of the FMR’s go up

On September 30, 2009, HUD published the Final Fair Market Rents for Fiscal Year 2010 for the Housing Choice Voucher Program and Moderate Rehabilitation Single Room Occupancy Program in the Federal Register. The Fair Market Rents (FMR) take effect on October 1, 2009.

Most increases were 5% or less although a few – Bergen, Burlington, Camden, Passaic,Gloucester and Salem – were higher.
