Alison Recca-Ryan is the President of the New Jersey Advocacy Network to End Homelessness and also the New Jersey Program Director of the Corporation for Supportive Housing. Alison has a 30 year history in the social service and mental health arena, and joined CSH in 1997 as a Program Manger. Currently, as Director of the New Jersey CSH HUB, she is responsible for managing all of CSH New Jersey’s staff and programmatic work. Prior to coming to CSH, Ms Recca-Ryan held positions of Executive Director of the Mental Health Association in Somerset County and Assistant Vice President of Easter Seals-NJ. Ms. Recca-Ryan has developed affordable supportive housing programs for special needs populations throughout New Jersey. Additionally, she has overseen programs and services for substance abuse treatment, transitional housing for AFDC families, children’s mental health and juvenile justice. She serves as a CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehab Facilities) surveyor, was Co-Chair of the Housing and Special Needs Working Group for the NJ Department of Community Affairs and is the Co-Chair of the NJ Re-Entry Coordinating Council Workgroup on Housing.
