i need a place for my grandson who is 14 years old and insulin dependent. I am 55 years old and I am employed full time. The problem, I started living with another individual who fail to tell me that they were receiving section 8. I have no place to go. I was paying this person $700.00 per month to help out with rent and other expenses. I know that I was being taken advantage of. when i try to contact First Home in Plainfield, NJ those people gave me the run around. I call Fish in Piscataway, NJ and they are ignoring me. I cannot go to the YMCA, because they will not accept my grandson and he is to young to be with grown men. Please help me.

The apartment my husband and I were living in became unhealthy due to our landlord’s neglagence. The health department shut the house down leaving my husband and I homeless.My husband receives unemployment benefits $1,100.00 a month but thats too much income to receive help. After our other bills car, insurance,food,etc.we’re broke and living out of our car. No one will help us. Where can we go for help?

I am 22 i have a 2yr old child i have been homeless staying where ever i can for the last 4 months.I am a student, and I am currently unemployed but i cant get help from social services because i am reciving unemployment, most of the shelters in the bergen county area are full or just for women and children, and i dont know what else to do. Who can I go to for assistance

I would like to have information on where and how to obtain “free apartment”. In the Williamstown- Sicklerville area. Philadelphia. I am trying to find some emergency housing for my brother who was thrown out of his place of lodging late friday night. ( around midnight). He is unemployed and no hope of find employment is in sight. Or rooms. that can be obtained until a person is able to pay for his shelter. He is not on welfare. plus it is very hard for males to get on welfare.

Please help me save my home. I am on Social Security Disability. My mortgage company will not help me restructure my loan. I wanted to buy a mobile home, but park managers were very interested in what I was going to be doing with my house. I can’t keep my house. Please help me try to keep it.

I am in desperate need of help! I have gone to every available agency that I am aware of and no one seems to be able to help.I live in a rental home that was foreclosed on in November 2008 and now I have until March 17 to vacate.I have no money and no place to go.Local agencies say they can’t help and the county says they can’t help because I am not on welfare.If I am able to work and support my children why do they not want to help because of that.I am also having a problem because my grandson has a CHD and is on SSI and because of that we don’t qualify but what exactly is $462.00 a month suppose to do for us.Please do not think I am looking for a hand out all I am asking for is some assistence so my family will not be living in my car.If thier are any organizations that you know of that can help I will be forever greatful.Thank you in advance for any help you can give me even if it’s a bit of hope.
